At what age is it legal to get married in the state of Texas?

You have to be 18 to be married in any state, unless you have the consent of your parents then it is 16. You can petition for permission with what ever court that deals with family issues in the county you reside in if your parents will not grant permission, but it has to be a good reason and pregnancy would probably be one. "LA Noire" case question (SPOILERS!)?

So I just finished up the case called "The Golden Butterfly". Or something like that. At the end, both Hugo and the child molester guy were thrown into interrogation. I interviewed Hugo first, and caught him red-handed on EVERYTHING. At the end of the discussion, it gave me the option of charging him with the murder, or leaving the interrogation room. I felt that there was conclusive evidence to put him away for the murder. So I did. Then, as soon as it finished, a cut-scene comes up. The boss-dude (Irish guy) starts flipping out on me, saying I shamed the police and all this crap about how I am a bad detective. But why? Was it because I accused Hugo and not the molester or something? What determines these things? Can these cases have different end results on who gets blamed or something?

What kind of airplanes were these?

Ok, so i was moving recently and i had stuff in a storage shed, and it was like 2 am and i lived in a rural area in Pennsylvania, United states and i heard this airplane so i looked up and it was a pretty big plane with red plain and blue lights, so pretty much red white and blue, but the odd thing was for a couple seconds i could see a verry faint Pitch black plane right infront of it, it looked like a stealth bomber, and it was weird because it was like 1:30 - 2 in the morning. Does anyone have any ideas what they were?
