What are my chances of getting into a PHD program?

so i will be graduating with a biology BS degree, my undergraduate has been a constant struggle due to emotional stress and house hold problem. now everything has calmed down but i believe its to late to fix something. i will be graduating with a 3.2 cumulative GPA and a 2.6 science GPA. i was initially planning on doing a PHD in pathology, biotechnology or biomedical engineering. i still have to take my GRE still that might make a difference. and i still don't know which GRE is to take either to general GRE or a biology based GRE. i really cant see anyway around it. i just wanted to know what are my chances of getting into a PHD program. i have been looking on the internet for information regarding PHD but have not found anything conclusive. if someone has a link that can help me out either as what to do for my future or how to increase my chances of getting into a PHD program please let me know.
