How much exposer would you need to have to lead for it to effect a human?

I just receive a present and the toy was a brand from fisher price I read before that their items contained lead so I called them today to ask and they said yes there polly pocket and magnets did contain lead so Ive put the toy in storage. I was wondering how much Exposure would you need to have to lead for it to have an effect on your health?
