How do I know I posted my item on craigslist?

I just created my craigslist account today. I decided to sell my dryer thats been sitting in storage for the past 3 years. After I entered all the information and uploaded pictures of the dryer it said continue so after I selected continue it had me enter my email and and password and then it took me to the home page and said there were no posts?????????? Anyone out there PLEASE HELP! my mother will kill me if something goes wrong with that dryer for it was a Christmas present.
