At what age is it legal to get married in the state of Texas?

You have to be 18 to be married in any state, unless you have the consent of your parents then it is 16. You can petition for permission with what ever court that deals with family issues in the county you reside in if your parents will not grant permission, but it has to be a good reason and pregnancy would probably be one.
