Can you take out the contents of your storage before the action?

in storage actions the renter musta've missed a payment and not have replied to the letters sent by the company or ads. But can you remove the contents of your storage facility before it is auctioned away? the contents must be more valuable than the payments made on the storage facility, so can they just auction it away like that?
