I like a girl that lives over 100 miles away, What should i do?

Okay, so I really, really like a girl and over the past few months we have become really close friends. I've asked her out but i never received a conclusive answer. She used to live by me but she moved. we visit each other regularly. I know there is a possibility of something happening because we kissed. I think she may have found another guy where she lives but I’m not sure. She has said that she doesn't know if she likes me. I can’t stop thinking about her and its starting to rip me apart. What should I do?
