Is strauss kahn innocent?

The rich class have screwed the working class for years without asking for permission. We all know that this rapist will get off free. I wonder if you hold the same "beyond reasonable doubt" criteria for all the cases where the accused can't afford a high-price lawyer. Or is it just your way of keeping the riff raff in their place?
