Should i be worried about my HIV test?

i had protected sex with a girl who i really didn't know almost 14 weeks ago. well i discovered she has a rather promiscuous past and i made a mistake. i have been worried ever since about HIV. I used a condom a whole time and it was a spermicidal condom with astroglide lube i had bought. i had fingered her and put my finger in her mouth then kissed her not to long after. is that a mode of transmission? i had no cuts or sores in my fingers or mouth but my gums do bleed a little when i brush my teeth but i had not brushed before that encounter. i having been having anxiety for the past 3 months and have not been able to focus right. i believe she gave me herpes because i tested positive on the herpes igm test but negative on the igg test meaning it could have been a recent infection. i have not had any symptoms to herpes however. i will take a herpes igg test in july to see if i really do have herpes. as for HIV i tested negative at 6 weeks and negative again at 11 weeks so im going back next week to test at 14 weeks which is then considered conclusive but still worried. i feel like im having ARS symptoms because i have a slight sore throat but that is all. i had a headache and a slight sore throat only on my right side yesterday but took theraflu and the headache is gone but i still have a slight sore throat on my right side. i have a history of high bp and it averages at 140/80 and has even gone as high as 180/85 over the anxiety of this encounter. i cant stop worrying and cant concentrate or relax because i feel i have HIV and or herpes.
