Have incidences of rape increased since women were granted freedom to wear sexy clothing in public?

If you say yes, make sure it’s per capita. Meaning, the population has increased greatly so there are no doubt going to be more cases of rape than there were a century ago. But per capita, has there been an increase? The results of this should provide conclusive evidence of whether or not religious people are justified in criticizing women for their choice of clothing, right? And also, studies indicate there is a link between a lack of effort in police investigation of rape cases and the clothing worn by the woman making a claim of rape. This shows an attitude in society of women who wear revealing clothing being responsible for enticing men to rape them, right?
